after seeing "the closest thing to crazy" on jiak's top 25 playlist, i decided to download it, and along with "And now I know that there's a link between the two, Being close to craziness and being close to you", something else in the song struck me.

it was the repetition of the year of being seventeen.

seventeen's just the year when we all go crazy isn't it. and we'll never be the same again.
